Use SQL and other analytical tools to uncover insights, track performance, and assess the impact of business initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams (risk, tech, operations, marketing) to turn data insights into actionable strategies and product enhancements, improving the overall business efficiency.
Analyze customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives, evaluating their impact on portfolio performance and profitability across different risk segments.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and inform product strategy.
Identify key operational and collections levers that can meaningfully improve portfolio performance and recovery outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or in relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business analytics, strategy, credit/risk management, consumer lending, FP&A roles.
Proficient in SQL (mandatory) for querying and analyzing business data;
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional varying working hours when collaborating with regional stakeholders.
