You will be a senior leader driving excellence in digital performance marketing across APAC. Managing large-scale paid media accounts, you will ensure precision in campaign activation across Display, Social, and Search, while tailoring strategies to regional nuances. You will be responsible for deep client engagement, strategic leadership, and guiding high-performing teams to deliver business growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the regional performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with client business goals and measurable outcomes in acquisition, demand generation, and lead quality.
- Scale & Precision: Oversee multi-market media investments across Paid Search, Social, and Display, ensuring campaigns are executed with absolute precision and at scale.
- Client Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic counsel on growth opportunities, market dynamics, and platform innovations.
- Regional Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of APAC marketing nuances to shape strategies tailored to local markets while maintaining consistency across the region.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify and test emerging platforms, formats, and partnerships, translating insights into scalable best practices for clients.
- Data-Driven Insights: Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks, synthesizing cross-channel data to generate actionable insights and forward-looking POVs.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a regional team of performance specialists and managers, fostering excellence in activation, optimization, and client servicing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA or equivalent
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, and execution, with proven success managing large-scale, multi-market accounts across APAC.
- Strong cross-channel expertise in Paid Search, Social, and Display hands-on knowledge of activation best practices with the ability to guide specialist teams.
- Deep understanding of APAC market landscapes, cultural nuances, and regional marketing complexities.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated media strategies that balance innovation, performance, and brand growth.
