Our client is a US headquartered professional services organization and is seeking a Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on payroll operations experience and a proven ability to support or lead payroll system implementations and migrations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Run day-to-day payroll operations across APAC, with primary responsibility for Singapore and Australia payroll
- Support and lead payroll system implementations and migrations, including requirements gathering, data migration, testing, training, and go-live
- Work closely with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery
- Check and validate payroll inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting, and manage payroll risks proactively
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data, confidentiality, and continuous improvement across payroll and HR systems
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, with proven experience working with external payroll vendors
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in payroll systems, preferably ADP.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
