About The Team

You will join the Regional Operations Team, a central function partnering with market and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and consistent performance standards across regions. The team supports scalable operations through structured processes and data-driven decision-making.

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day operational processes, including approval workflows, contract processing and renewals, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, data compilation, and quality assurance processes in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers using Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace
  • Prepare clear and concise written communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify process gaps and escalate issues where necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to diligently follow SOPs, and comfortable with repetitive and process-driven work
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
