Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes strategic initiatives for the Global Operationsorganization.
- Programs are primarily manufacturing operations transitions(consolidation, expansion, integration) and production transfer related.
- Works with local and worldwide, cross-functional teams to develop and meet project schedules.
- Develop, manage and monitor large-and small-scale programs from business case proposal to completion, assuringsatisfactory results and closure.
- Lead and deliver small to large-scale programs, including those with multiple sub-projects.
- Plan and manage program budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to execute program plans on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Monitor program progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Track performance through defined metrics and continuously improve program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or similar
- 5-10 years direct experience in managing large scale projects in addition to relevant professional certifications is required
- Certification in APICS CPIM, CIRM and other relevant professional certifications is preferred
