Regional Operations Manager

Work Timing: 10am -7pm / 11am - 8pm / 12pm - 9pm

Work Location: ION Orchard

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional business plans designed to achieve group-wide sales targets and increase luxury market share.
  • Define and implement standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all regional showrooms to maintain brand consistency.
  • Lead the talent strategy by directing the training, and professional development of Store Managers and key regional personnel.
  • Oversee regional supply chain and inventory health by designing stocking strategies that optimize stock turn and minimize aging inventory.
  • Rigorously monitor and control regional operational expenditures to ensure maximum group-wide profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between regional showrooms and back-of-house departments including Marketing and Logistics to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Conduct high level research into regional market opportunities and track competitor movements to identify areas for new brand acquisition or expansion.
  • Govern brand identity standards across all regional galleries to ensure they meet the rigorous requirements of global luxury furniture principals.
  • Manage high-stakes relationships with B2B stakeholders, including property developers and architects to drive contract sales and large scale projects.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field; an MBA is considered a significant advantage.
  • Hold 5–7 years of professional retail experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Managerial capacity within the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning for both HNW luxury retail and B2B contract environments.
  • Exhibit exceptional executive leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Maintain an expert-level knowledge of global retail management practices, ERP systems, and regional logistics frameworks.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel regionally to audit showroom standards and represent the brand at international principal meetings.
