Job Description
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive sales growth and improve showroom performance.
- Set and maintain clear SOPs across all showrooms to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and front-line teams to deliver strong service standards.
- Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels, improve stock turnover, and reduce slow-moving inventory.
- Monitor operating costs and ensure each showroom runs efficiently while maintaining premium brand standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to support campaigns, events, launches, and client activities.
- Review market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure showroom presentation, visual standards, and brand guidelines are maintained across all locations.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including property developers, architects, interior designers, and other project-related clients.
- Support contract sales and large-scale project opportunities where relevant.
- Travel regionally when required to review showroom operations and support local teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Design/ Operations, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years in retail operations experience as a mangerial level
- Experience in luxury retail, premium furniture, interiors, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end consumer products will be highly relevant.
- Good commercial sense, with experience managing budgets, costs, and business performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to lead and motivate teams across different locations.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and regional logistics processes.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel when needed.
