Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Take Singapore as the management hub and be responsible for the daily operation and management of the India market team.
  • Remotely manage the local India team, and establish clear workflows, communication mechanisms and reporting systems.
  • Decompose the operational goals set by the headquarters and implement them to the India team, and track the execution progress and results.
  • Be responsible for the performance management, personnel coordination of the India team, as well as the management and coaching of key positions.
  • Continuously optimize the operational processes in the India market, identify and promote the resolution of operational and management issues.
  • Coordinate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between the headquarters and the India team to ensure the stable progress of operations.
  • Regularly report to the management on the operational status, risks and improvement suggestions of the India market.
  • Job Requirements
  • Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in operations or team management.
  • Possess experience in the India market, or have a track record of in-depth cooperation with India teams or India-focused businesses.
  • Have experience in remote or cross-border team management, and understand the practical challenges of remote management and cross-cultural management.
  • Be equipped with excellent communication and coordination skills and strong execution capabilities, and be able to drive the implementation of tasks.
  • Be sensitive to operational data and results, and have the ability of problem analysis and continuous optimization.
  • Be willing to travel to India based on business needs.
  • Report to the company's headquarters management or the designated person-in-charge.
