Overview

The Planner / Senior Planner supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing and media campaigns across a portfolio of luxury and premium brands. Working closely with regional and local teams, the role helps ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, insights are generated to support decision-making, and client expectations are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to ensure campaign plans, deliverables, and timelines are effectively managed.
  • Assist in developing campaign reports, performance analyses, market insights, and competitive reviews.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and flag risks, issues, or optimization opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, media partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Support budget tracking, campaign administration, and operational processes.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, account management, client servicing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of media, digital marketing, performance marketing, consumer insights, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a regional team environment
