Qualifications

1. 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for Small & Medium Businesses industry in Philippines, and ideally with experience working across APAC markets 2. Strong knowledge of digital ads media sales and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions as a plus 3. Strong knowledge of e-Commerce platforms and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok Shop as a plus 4. Strong understanding of and proven success in digital marketing strategies, email and messaging marketing tactics, organic and paid media tactics, and lead management 5. Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting Preferred Qualifications: 1. Excellent organization and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once, and a proven track record of building and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders 2. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change 3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data 4. Have a commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretched performance goals 5. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead from ideation to execution 6. Creativity and a strong grasp of market trends and consumer behavior to craft strategies that align with business objectives and maximize market impact 7. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels. 8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
