Regional Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing / Strategic Marketing professional to support the growth and market positioning of an innovative Silicon Photonics technology company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology marketing, product marketing, strategy, business development or strategic partnerships, preferably gained within an international or multinational technology environment. Semiconductor or photonics experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and market development initiatives for Silicon Photonics and related technology solutions.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry research to identify new market opportunities.
• Develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for technology products and solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers, partners and business stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement, strategic partnerships and ecosystem development across international markets.
• Work closely with technical, product, engineering and commercial teams to align product capabilities with market requirements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, technology events, customer meetings and business forums.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, market reports and executive-level communications.
• Build relationships with customers, technology partners, industry organisations and key ecosystem stakeholders.
• Support management in identifying new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, Technology or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technology marketing, product marketing, strategy, business development, partnerships or related commercial functions.
• Experience working in an international / multinational technology company strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to understand and communicate technology-driven value propositions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical and business teams across different functions and geographies.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
• Western / European background and international working experience preferred.
• Semiconductor, photonics, optical communications, electronics, AI infrastructure, data centre or other deep-tech experience will be an advantage.
