POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be the strategic link between LSH Group's product innovations and market success, translating technical features into compelling value propositions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Product Messaging: Define product positioning and craft clear, consistent messaging that resonates with diverse B2B audiences, from scientists to procurement teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Create essential sales tools and collateral, including data sheets, presentations, case studies, and training materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub, working closely with R&D, product management, and sales to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse product performance and marketing campaign effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food ingredients, chemicals, or a similar technical industry.
  • Experienced in digital marketing, social media marketing, event planning (exhibitions, seminars), and organizing client engagement activities will be advantageous.
  • Adaptable to evolving needs and organizational transformations within the organization.
  • Willing to travel across APAC as part of the role.
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear, compelling commercial messaging.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving business growth and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape.
