Clinical Marketing Manager (SEA)

Our organization is currently partnered with a EU Headquartered Medical Device MNC who is looking to expand their team in Singapore.
This position will be focused on leading marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia and to be responsible for managing new product launches, building and executing strategic marketing plans, and supporting product portfolio activities across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor execution, track performance, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business goals.
- Align with sales, training, and education teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to adoption.
- Develop comprehensive product launch plans in coordination with global marketing and regional teams.
- Optimize re-launch and market re-entry opportunities in target countries.
- Lead product-related activities and launches across Asia Pacific and Greater China.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and multiple priorities in a high-performance environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Current/Past Experience in the Medical Devices industry is non-negotiable
