Our client is a leading global FMCG company with a strong heritage and fastgrowing presence across Asia. As part of their Southeast Asia expansion, they are strengthening their regional leadership team and are now looking to hire a Regional Marketing Lead to be based in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in shaping brand strategy, driving market expansion, and building marketing excellence across the region.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:

  • Lead regional brand and marketing strategy for the master brand and portfolio brands across Southeast Asia.
  • Drive consumer and market insights to inform brand positioning, communication platforms, and innovation roadmaps.
  • Support market expansion and new product launches by partnering closely with country teams and global HQ.
  • Oversee integrated marketing communications, digital, influencer, partnerships, and agency management across markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact across retail channels.

The Successful Applicant


To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

  • At least 12 years of marketing experience within the FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods, including regional leadership exposure.
  • A strong track record in brand building, consumer insight, and multimarket marketing strategy execution.
  • Solid commercial acumen with familiarity in trade marketing, key account dynamics, and distributor models.
  • Proven experience leading crossfunctional and agency teams in a regional environment.
  • Handson leader with a strong start-up mindset, comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels in a fastgrowth environment.
