Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support and implement regional marketing initiatives and activities.
- Develop and implement regional product strategies, including marketing plans, messaging campaigns, and re-branding initiatives to refresh product positioning and drive market penetration across ASEAN markets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and clinical data to refine product positioning, objection handling, and evidence-based selling tools for medical professionals
- Execute tactical initiatives such as KOL engagement, sales training materials, clinical education programs, and re-branding projects to enhance brand visibility and adoption
- Assist and support in development of regional marketing collaterals and materials.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote products.
- Assist in development of regional training materials for field force.
- Review and manage regional sales forecast & stock inventory, worked closely with supply chain team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals.
- Track and review effectiveness of marketing strategies & initiatives
- Collaborate with KOLs to support product advocacy and credibility
Job Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or medical aesthetics
- Demonstrated experience in driving re-branding efforts within the dermatology space will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pick up clinical aspects of product and communicate them effectively to external and internal stakeholders
- Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific knowledge and clinical data to sales teams in a practical and engaging manner
- A mature team player coupled with creativity & resourcefulness
- Able to multi-task
