Job Objectives

Job Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal functions and performance
2. Providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team in Japan
3. Creates an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and values
4. Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement
5. Do financial performance and risk profile while ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met
6. Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions
7. Execute and perform business with close communication with Japanese business and marketing divisions
Job Qualifications
1. Relevant Degree
2. Speak effective Japanese(Business level-advanced level)
3. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously able to oversee several projects
4. Willing to work a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to customer sites, meetings
5. Strong leadership and management ability and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
