Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Sales Associate based in Singapore, with opportunities for partial remote work. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, addressing retail loss prevention, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves planning and implementing strategies to improve store performance and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring positive client experiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and general retail operations oversight.
• Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to preserve company assets and reduce shrinkage.
• Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to meet sales targets and deliver high performance.
• Previous experience in retail or related industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
