Drive Local Business Expansion

1. Formulation and Execution of Market & Business Strategy

  • Develop and lead mid-term growth strategies for ASEAN and India markets

(Target: Achieve 25% market share in India and ASEAN by 2028).

  • Analyze market size, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Formulate country- and product-specific business strategies and follow up on implementation.

2. Promotion of Sales & Marketing Activities

  • Develop product and solution promotion strategies and support execution across each country
  • Strengthen market penetration and sales activities through collaboration with distributors.

3. Business Performance Management through PDCA

  • Drive the full PDCA cycle-planning, execution, review, and improvement-across all countries.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs such as revenue, market share, and SGA.
  • Identify issues and design actionable improvement plans.

Organizational Restructuring

1. Organizational Design and Resource Optimization

  • Analyze current organizational structure (functions, headcount, locations) and develop optimal allocation plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Redesign organizational structure based on future growth priorities and reallocate resources to strategic areas.
  • Identify inefficiencies in key processes and develop improvement measures, including evaluation of optimal operational locations.

2. Leading Organizational Restructuring Projects

  • Conduct necessary research, analysis, and issue identification to formulate restructuring proposals.
  • Build alignment with relevant stakeholders and manage restructuring projects from planning to execution.
  • Develop and support implementation of transition plans to ensure successful stabilization of the new structure.
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with Japan HQ to ensure organizational structuring plans meet global standards and strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese is essential, as this role requires interacting with Japan HQ and Japanese expats.
