Job Description

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Onitsuka Tiger embarked on a new chapter on 1 October 2018, operating quasi-independently within the same legal framework as ASICS Corporation. This strategic shift was in response to the unique operational needs of the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Our goal is to elevate Onitsuka Tiger to the pinnacle of premium lifestyle brands on a global scale. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated Regional Logistics Executive to actively engage in and support our business development initiatives.

The Regional Logistics Executive will provide comprehensive supply chain and fulfilment support for retail and ecommerce operations. This role will work closely with merchandising teams, warehouse operations, and transportation partners to ensure seamless inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and efficient returns processing while maintaining the highest quality standards across all logistics activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail store replenishment & RMA

  • Coordinate and manage the retail replenishment orders between merchandising team and warehouse.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate fulfilment and delivery by warehouse.
  • Coordinate and manage the store returns back to warehouse.
  • Ensure on time pick up and receiving by warehouse.
  • Manage and coordinate with transporter on store-to-store deliveries.

Ecommerce fulfilment & RMA

  • Ensure on-time and accurate fulfilment by warehouse.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate delivery by last mile transporter.
  • Ensure on-time pick up and delivery of returned parcels.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate RMA processing by warehouse.

Management of sales & retail tools and non-merchandise

  • Oversee and execute shipping and inbound of store fixtures, marketing tools and other non-merchandise items such as shopping bags and product catalogues.
  • Manage non-merchandise inventory in the warehouse.

Inventory quality control

  • Work with warehouse to perform inventory inspections and other VAS such as tagging, labelling, etc. to ensure inventories are of highest quality.

Other ad-hoc duties

  • Supporting sales in Singapore & within the region.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding & customs clearance, warehousing, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations and management, international shipping regulations, customs processes, ASEAN FT COOs.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Can-do, positive attitude, driven mindset and enjoys collaboration.
