Regional Legal Counsel, Pharma Healthcare

About the Company

Our client is a leading player in the healthcare industry with significant presence across Asia. They are currently looking to hire a Regional Counsel to join their APAC Legal team.

Responsibilities

As a regional counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice to the business across the APAC region including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. As the business is expanding its technology footprint, you will also be involved in providing legal advice on bespoke technology collaborations and provide advise on data privacy, trademarks and broader intellectual property matters.

Requirements

You should hold an LLB or equivalent legal qualification and be qualified to practise in at least one relevant jurisdiction, with at least 7 years PQE. You should have demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex, non-standard agreements, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to work effectively across functions and jurisdictions. Candidates with relevant industry experience will have an advantage. Candidates with expertise in technology/ecommerce platform sector are also welcome to apply.
