Regional Legal Counsel, Global Medical Devices

Our client, a leading multinational in the healthcare/medical devices industry is seeking an experienced legal and compliance professional to join its APAC leadership team. This highly visible role will provide strategic legal, compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate governance support across multiple jurisdictions within the region.

Partnering closely with regional and country leadership teams, the successful candidate will advise on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters, helping the business navigate risk while supporting growth objectives. Will provide legal and strategic support on intellectual property matters across the APAC region, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, branding initiatives, marketing materials, and licensing arrangements. Working closely with regional stakeholders and global IP teams, the role will support trademark clearance, portfolio management, filing strategies, and enforcement activities.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience gained within a multinational corporation, highly regulated industry, and/or a leading law firm.

Strong experience advising on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, disputes, investigations, and risk management.
