The Role

Join its regional legal team to support aviation businesses and commercial projects across Asia Pacific. You will work closely with business leaders, providing practical legal advice, leading contract negotiations and helping teams manage commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.

Support tenders and projects from initial negotiations through execution and completion.

Advise on contractual rights, obligations and risks, recommending practical solutions.

Manage contract variations, claims and disputes, working with external counsel where required.

Support compliance matters and internal governance processes.

Improve contract templates and processes, and provide training to business teams.

Lead and develop a contract management team member.

Requirements

Qualification in law or a related discipline with a legal specialisation.

At least 10 years of relevant legal or contract management experience in an international environment.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience handling complex commercial contracts.

Sound commercial judgement and the ability to advise senior stakeholders confidently.

Proactive, collaborative and comfortable managing competing priorities across regional teams.

Willingness to travel when required.
