Regional Legal & Compliance Counsel, Manufacturing Firm

We are seeking a Regional Legal & Compliance Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal support across a broad range of commercial, contractual, and compliance matters.

Reporting to the Global GC, you will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting the business on day-to-day legal issues while mitigating risk and enabling growth. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, developing compliance frameworks, managing disputes, and working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment. You will possess strong experience in commercial contracts, legal advisory, corporate governance, and compliance matters, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related sectors.

Experience supporting regional operations and managing cross-border legal matters will be advantageous.
