Who we are:

Digital Edge DC (Digital Edge) is an emerging data center platform company, established to transform digital infrastructure in Asia. We seek to build the foundation for the world's digital future, helping organizations to grow sustainably and empowering the populations they serve.

Through building and operating state-of-the-art, energy-efficient data centers rich with connectivity options, we aim to bring new colocation and interconnect options to the Asian market, making infrastructure deployment in the region easy, efficient and economical. Backed by Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, Digital Edge has in excess of US$1 billion in committed capital.

Founded in late 2020 the company has grown rapidly across multiple markets in the region, and this role is an exciting opportunity to join the team as we further expand our footprint across Asia.

Our values:

  • Responsibility: We take ownership of our actions and outcomes.
  • Innovation: We embrace change and create bold solutions.
  • Strive: We show grit, resilience and relentless drive.
  • Excellence: We pursue the highest standards in all we do.
  • Respect: We act with integrity and treat others with dignity.

What we need:

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading end to end logistics, asset lifecycle management, and inventory governance for all data center operations across the region. The role collaborates closely with Data Center Operations, Engineering, Network, Security, and Logistics partners to maintain high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and asset integrity, to ensure full operational readiness across data center, warehouse, and integration environments.

The role is a pivotal point for asset and supply chain operations across the regions and drives strategic improvements, ensures audit and compliance integrity, and partners with cross functional leaders to maintain asset accuracy, operational continuity, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional strategy for inventory management, asset lifecycle operations, and logistics aligned with global supply chain and infrastructure objectives.
  • Lead end‑to‑end asset lifecycle management, including receiving, deployment, transfers, inventory control, RMA, and decommissioning across data centers and warehouses.
  • Ensure asset data integrity across physical inventories, asset management systems, and financial ledgers, resolving discrepancies and driving long‑term process improvements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Data Center Operations, Engineering, Network, Security, Platform) to align asset readiness, deployment schedules, and operational priorities.
  • Oversee regional logistics execution, managing system integrators, warehouses, and logistics service providers to ensure cost‑effective, reliable, and compliant delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices across all regional sites.
  • Manage regional risk and resilience, including critical spares strategy, long‑lead equipment planning, and business continuity readiness.
  • Own compliance, audit, and governance, leading cycle counts, asset verification programs, and internal and external audit support.
  • Deliver executive‑level reporting and analytics, providing dashboards, KPIs, risk assessments, and capacity insights to support decision‑making and forecasting.
  • Build and develop regional capability, providing leadership to asset management teams, strengthening processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 12+ years of experience in data center operations, supply chain, logistics, or asset management, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading multi‑country or regional teams in complex, fast‑paced operational environments.
  • Expertise in asset management operations, including inventory control, transfers, RMAs, and system‑to‑physical reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including construction procurement, long‑lead equipment, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to identify risks, drive improvements, and support financial and capacity planning.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including cost optimization, vendor performance management, and audit readiness.
  • Ability to balance regional standardization with local execution, operating effectively across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with a strategic mindset, able to operate hands‑on while driving long‑term structural improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPS) are an advantage.

Digital Edge is building the infrastructure that will power Asia's digital future. If you have the relevant experience, depth of skills, and the appetite to shape something at scale, we would like to hear from you!
