Job Purpose
- Lead and grow strategic global/regional accounts across freight forwarding and contract logistics by driving retention, share-of-wallet growth, and multi-country solution coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global key accounts as the main contact drive governance, communication, and performance management.
Develop and execute global account plans focused on growth, innovation, and retention. - Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across air/ocean freight, warehousing, and value-added services.
- Lead QBRs/account reviews and strategic alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build multi-level customer relationships manage escalations and service recovery.
- Drive profitability via pricing governance, cost control, and yield optimization manage budgets/forecasts/pipeline (Salesforce).
- Coordinate with regional/country operations on implementations, SOPs, SLAs/KPIs, and smooth handovers.
- Monitor/report account performance and ensure compliance with company policies, DOA, and contractual obligations, champion continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
