Job Description

  • Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • Location: Changi North

  • Permanent: VB + 15 AL

Job Purpose

  • Lead and grow strategic global/regional accounts across freight forwarding and contract logistics by driving retention, share-of-wallet growth, and multi-country solution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global key accounts as the main contact drive governance, communication, and performance management.
    Develop and execute global account plans focused on growth, innovation, and retention.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across air/ocean freight, warehousing, and value-added services.
  • Lead QBRs/account reviews and strategic alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build multi-level customer relationships manage escalations and service recovery.
  • Drive profitability via pricing governance, cost control, and yield optimization manage budgets/forecasts/pipeline (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate with regional/country operations on implementations, SOPs, SLAs/KPIs, and smooth handovers.
  • Monitor/report account performance and ensure compliance with company policies, DOA, and contractual obligations, champion continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

  • 10-12 years experience in the freight forwarding industry, including at least 3-5 years in global accounts management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in growing key accounts and managing industry verticals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
