Job Description

Manage and develop key MNC and regional accounts across ASEAN countries
Build strong relationships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for account-related matters
Identify opportunities to expand account scope across markets and countries through upselling and cross-selling
Support onboarding and implementation of new regional accounts to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to operations
Monitor customer performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and drive service improvement initiatives
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to address performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive customer retention, renewal, and long-term account growth
Work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions
Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to enhance service quality and strengthen partnerships
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min Degree in Business/Sales & Marketing
Min 5 years experience in relevant experience
Experience managing MNC or regional accounts across multiple markets will be preferred
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 830am - 530pm)
Salary: Up to $13,000
