Own and drive the growth strategy for a portfolio of regional key brand accounts, with a focus on scaling Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) adoption, transaction value, and repeat usage across markets.
Partner with leading regional and local brands to develop joint business plans, identifying opportunities to embed BNPL into their customer journeys and commercial strategies.
Leverage data and market insights to identify growth levers, optimize performance across markets, and deliver strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders within key accounts, while working cross-functionally to enhance product adoption and merchant experience at scale.
Contribute to regional expansion by sharing best practices, market learnings, and competitive insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional account management, partnerships, or branding roles within fintech, payments, or e-commerce industry.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth across multiple markets.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior regional stakeholders.
