This is a fixed-term, 30-months contract role, with an anticipated start date of January 2026.
Job Purpose/Role
- Lead/manage APAC IT Master Platform (ITMP) roll out in a complex, fast and continuously changing environment
- Define planning and key milestones with the OE, steer and monitor the project progress across systems, identify risks and provide mitigations, identify and drive continuous improvements
- Provide core methodology, training and coaching and organizational basis to the project and the OE
- Provide continuous update to local, regional and group management and stakeholders
- Support the different central operational teams (BA, Dev, Config, and testers)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the roll out of the ITMP as per the agreed overall planning of the Operating Entity (OE)
- Support the Roll-Out factory and other systems in delivering all the activities aiming at providing the means and support to deliver an AS IS target ITMP environment for the OE
- Drive the growth and knowledge of the OE in understanding the roll-out approach and the mechanics of the IT platforms to implement
- Assist the OE in identifying missing business capabilities in the ITMP stack (identification, arbitration, roadmap, implementation, test and delivery)
- Drive the OE in the product definition activities (product modelling, waterfall exercise to assess local variances and their ITMP impacts, final wording definition)
- Support the Decom factory in the implementation of the wording and any other document templates
- Support all ITMP teams in the execution of the roll-out activities (analysis, build, configuration and migration)
- Assist the OE in the definition of the migration strategy and its implementation:
- Legacy portfolio mapping against agreed target features
- Definition of a detailed plan for the balance between technical migration and the commercial migration and drive subsequent activities
- Drive post roll-out activities
- Ensure solid progress monitoring of multiple parallel streams, with a strong governance of a diverse range of contributors. Ensure proper reporting in steering committees and solid risk mitigation
Key Requirements/Skills
- Minimum 10 years of active experiences in different project environment - including the application of different methodologies/tools
- Good Group and Regional operating Model and AZ Trade Strategy know how and understanding
- Proven track record of In-depth Project and Program Management experience in leading Agile and Waterfall programs, ideally also Change Management and/or Lean Six Sigma
- Deep knowledge of Project Management Methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean and Change management, along with respective frameworks and tools
- Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt quickly in a new environment and understand its respective processes, procedures, and needs
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrate expertise in Training and Coaching skills
- High level of credibility as subject matter expert (method / tools)
- Excellent project team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to drive Organizational developments
- Ability to promote, challenge, coach and positively influence/convince all stakeholder groups and levels, including senior management and C-Level stakeholders
- Ability to report progress on a multi-stream program in a synthetic way, with focus on risks and mitigation actions
- Appetite for digital platform implementations with previous experience with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence
- Long cross cultural/board/functional know how and working experience
