As part of the IT Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring stable IT services while continuously driving improvements, enhancements, and operational changes to support evolving business needs.
You will work across Corporate IT teams to strengthen operational excellence and enable seamless rollout of IT changes and initiatives.
Job Description:
- Work closely with local business teams to understand their current and future business objectives and translate them into IT operational plans and improvement initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between Corporate IT and business teams, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services while effectively managing expectations around system changes and enhancements
- Develop a deep understanding of local IT infrastructure, processes, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and transformation
- Drive and govern IT operational changes ensuring proper impact assessment, risk mitigation, communication, and execution readiness
- Establish and continuously improve change governance practices within IT Operations, including change planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and post-implementation review
- Partner with regional and global teams to ensure changes are implemented in a controlled, scalable, and business-friendly manner with minimal disruption
- Ensure local Corp IT services meet agreed service levels, while balancing stability and agility in delivering ongoing improvements
- Monitor and report operational status, key deliverables, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and timely resolution
- Take ownership of major incidents as Major Incident Manager and drive resolution while identifying follow-up improvement actions
- Support execution of strategic IT initiatives and drive operational scalability and efficiency across the region
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations, service delivery, or technical program coordination roles
- Proven experience in managing or coordinating IT changes, system rollouts, or operational improvements in a structured and controlled manner
- Good understanding of change management principles (e.g. impact assessment, stakeholder communication, risk control), with hands-on execution experience preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to quickly identify issues and drive resolution with minimal business impact
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and making decisions under incomplete information
- Solid project or initiative management experience, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to balance operational stability with continuous improvement; comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Technical background in network/system is an advantage
- Willingness to travel at short notice
