Regional IT Infrastructure Lead, HQ of Global Athletic/Outdoor Wear Brand

Based in the Singapore HQ, for a sustainable manufacturer partner to the world's most iconic outdoor and athletic wear brands you will get to lead IT Infrastructure out of their HQ.
This is a rare, high-impact role where you will exercise complete ownership over a diverse IT landscape, spanning from high-tech corporate offices to large-scale industrial factory sites across Singapore, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. You will get to partner with a world-renowned leader in , high-tech environmental Manufacturing company that has saved over 100,000 tons of water.
In this hands-on management position, you will get to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence. You will report directly to the Head of IT and act as the primary internal authority for network and security infrastructure, Microsoft cloud platforms, and End-User Computing (EUC). You will get to lead significant site buildout projects, including greenfield factory implementations, while governing a managed service provider to ensure regional connectivity remains seamless. Beyond pure infrastructure, you will get to serve as the first line of response for cybersecurity operations and navigate the fascinating complexities of IT compliance across multiple Asian jurisdictions.

The Expertise You Bring
You will bring your experience of at least four to seven years in Generalist IT infrastructure, with 2 years experience of supervising teams or external vendors within a multi-country environment. Your deep technical fluency in enterprise networking - covering routing, switching, and firewalls - allows you to hold service providers accountable and ensure that regional LAN/WAN and VPN architectures are both resilient and secure. You will ideally your experience of managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID at scale, moving beyond simple execution to setting the gold standard for endpoint management, patching cadences, and device lifecycle policies through Intune. Your background in manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred but not a must have.
