Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Group's IT roadmap, ensuring technology strategies align with business priorities to enable digital transformation, efficiency, and innovation.
- Manage enterprise systems and core platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP), ensuring smooth integration, reliable data management, and effective value delivery across the organization.
- Implement robust IT governance and cybersecurity measures, including access controls, incident handling, vendor oversight, and compliance with policies.
- Lead data management and analytics initiatives, overseeing secure data flows, storage, and scalable architectures to generate actionable business insights.
- Oversee IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency in procurement, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business units to assess technology requirements, propose solutions, and deliver system upgrades or enhancements.
- Develop and lead a high-performing, multi-jurisdictional IT team, ensuring strong service delivery, skills growth, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) and other enterprise systems
- Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and data architecture
