Our client, a global Medical Technology company, is looking for a Regional IT Director, Enterprise Software & Applications. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation and AI innovation.

As a Regional IT Director, Enterprise Software & Applications, you will lead the development and execution of the Company's enterprise applications strategy across two critical regions: APAC and EMEA. Operating as part of the Global IT leadership team, you will drive the evolution of core systems while embedding AI capabilities into the organisation's technology landscape, partnering closely with digital and regional business leaders to enable scalable, future-ready platforms. A forward-looking perspective on AI and digital transformation will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional IT Director, Enterprise Software & Applications will oversee and continuously enhance a broad portfolio of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and finance platforms, ensuring they deliver maximum business value and remain secure, compliant, and well-governed.

A key focus will be advancing AI adoption, automation, and analytics across the application ecosystem to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. You will play an active role in Group-level IT governance, manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI, and lead high-performing regional and global teams. Collaboration across executive stakeholders and geographies will be critical to driving alignment, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates are seasoned IT leaders with over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications within multinational environments.
• You bring a strong track record in transforming and optimising ERP, CRM, and finance systems, alongside deep expertise in governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and vendor management.
• Experience leading across APAC and/or EMEA is highly valued, coupled with a global mindset and the ability to balance enterprise strategy with regional business needs.
