Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading organization to appoint a Regional HR Specialist on a six‑month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting HR operations across the region.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will take ownership of payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations across Southeast Asia. A core focus of the role will be managing end‑to‑end payroll for all three markets, including the review and consolidation of commissions and incentive payments. You will work closely with external payroll partners to ensure statutory compliance, accurate submissions, and timely reporting, while also supporting broader C&B activities such as market benchmarking, benefits administration, and adherence to regional regulatory requirements.

In addition to payroll and rewards, you will oversee regional HR operations and the full employee lifecycle. This includes coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate and confidential HRIS data, and providing day‑to‑day HR advisory support to employees. You will also prepare monthly and annual HR reports and support internal and external audit requirements across the three markets.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline, and bring 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to regional payroll, ideally within Southeast Asia. Experience in fast‑paced or dynamic environments will be beneficial. Strong knowledge of local labour laws, proficiency in HRIS and Excel, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion are essential. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple markets.
