Job Overview
The
Regional HRBP Head Southeast Asia will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving organizational growth and HR transformation across multiple countries in the region. This role will oversee HR business partnering, employee engagement, and workforce planning to ensure a high-performance culture aligned with Atome Financial's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across Southeast Asia, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and execute HR strategies to drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention.
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts to support business expansion.
- Champion a culture of high performance, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning efforts to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with country HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.
- Implement and refine performance management frameworks to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute employee experience initiatives that enhance employer branding.
- Lead HR analytics efforts to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership HRBP role covering multiple markets.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or financial services company.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices across Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging HR data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
