Job Description:
Develop and drive talent attraction strategies across APAC.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hires and strong fit.
Optimise recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
Implement and enhance ATS/recruitment systems.
Support hiring decisions with Compensation & Benefits insights.
Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent positioning.
Collaborate across HR teams to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
Act as an HR Business Partner to support business objectives.
Support regional HR projects across APAC.
Job Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience (Talent Acquisition + HRBP exposure).
Experience in a regional/APAC role within an MNC environment.
Strong track record in recruitment and talent attraction.
Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
Working knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
Familiar with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors preferred).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel within APAC
