Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Regional Support

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide HR advisory and operational support across regional offices.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning strategies.

HR Implementation & Transformation

  • Lead regional HR projects, including HRIS implementation, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple countries.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes, and organizational structures.

Change Management

  • Drive organizational change initiatives resulting from business growth, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or process improvements.
  • Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coach and support leaders through periods of transformation and change.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and employee adoption rates.

Employee Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders and country HR teams to address employee relations matters.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture across the region.
  • Manage and influence key internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Lead regional learning and development initiatives.
  • Support leadership development and employee engagement programs.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement appropriate development solutions.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regional HR policies.
  • Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure best practice implementation.
  • Manage HR audits and governance requirements where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including regional HR exposure.
  • Proven experience leading HR implementation projects (HRIS, process transformation, shared services, or organizational redesign).
  • Strong background in change management and organizational development.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries across Asia Pacific.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic and commercially minded HR professionally
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Experience in MNC environments undergoing transformation and growth.
