Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation within the semiconductor industry to hire for an exciting opportunity based in Singapore.

Our client is a multinational manufacturing organisation with operations across Asia Pacific. The role will oversee HR, Administration, and Facilities functions across 9 regional entities and partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce management.

Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with business objectives and regional requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people strategies.
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations across multiple countries.
  • Design and review compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and employee retention.
  • Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters and people management challenges.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters where required.
  • Represent the organisation in HR-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee administration and facilities management activities across regional entities.
  • Ensure facilities comply with safety standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
  • Manage vendors and service providers supporting facilities operations.
  • Drive learning and development programmes to support organisational capability building.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of HR Generalist experience within a multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting a workforce of at least 500 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Experience managing regional HR initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
  • Prior experience overseeing administration and facilities functions would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Prosoft would be beneficial.
