Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring needs, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and talent acquisition coordination.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to review, enhance, and implement group-wide HR policies and practices aligned with business objectives and local employment regulations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits functions, including payroll administration, performance management, salary benchmarking, rewards planning, healthcare benefits, and job evaluation. Support remuneration-related matters and participate in Board Remuneration Committee discussions as the HR representative.
  • Identify organizational learning needs and coordinate training and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and support business growth.
  • Provide professional HR guidance to management and employees on employee relations matters, including workplace grievances, counseling, and disciplinary issues.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit management processes to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth workforce transitions.
  • Drive HR process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives through workforce analysis, feedback collection, and HR system optimization, including HRIS implementation and digitalization projects.
  • Manage office administration and daily operational support, including facilities management, office supplies, IT coordination, travel arrangements, visa applications, and meeting coordination for senior management.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support strategic planning and management decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Familiar with performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and training & development
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a advantage and required travelling
