We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager (APAC) to lead and enhance human resource operations across multiple international locations. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a seasoned HR professional with strong international exposure and the ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan labour laws, as well as global HR standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
  • Partner with global HR stakeholders on international projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Advise leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external partners including recruitment agencies, vendors, and government bodies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an international or regional role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong, or Japan employment laws.
  • Experience in a multinational or regional corporate environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and influence at senior levels.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or IHRP will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in HR systems and IT tools
