About Our Client
Our client is a European-based global logistics provider with a robust APAC presence. With the regional HQ based in Singapore, they are currently expanding the HR team to support and ensure HR operations excellence and continuous employee growth within the organisation and across the region.
Job Description
- Support and execute HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compensation processes, and employee relations.
- Prepare and maintain regional HR reports and database effectively.
- Coordinate and support the regional deployment of Global HR projects across APAC region.
- Support the establishment and deployment of regional HR programs, processes and guidelines that complement the local activities and global projects
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across the region.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience with regional exposure, preferably within the Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office.
