Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the APAC HR strategy aligned with global priorities and regional business goals
- Lead and coach regional HR teams across multiple countries
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
- Drive regional talent management processes including succession planning, high-potential development, and leadership pipelines
- Oversee regional compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and change initiatives across diverse markets
- Ensure consistent HR policies, processes, and systems across APAC
- Drive HR operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in HR
- Prior Regional Manufacturing Industry experience
