Job Description

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading international capital markets group to appoint the APAC HR Business Partner Lead based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, with a dual line into the APAC CEO, based in regional headquarters, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and leading the people strategy, people priorities and growth and transformation journey end-to-end, leading a lean, collaborative and high performing team across a number of APAC markets.

The group operates within a fast-paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable, partnering the leadership team of their respective capital markets leadership client groups partnering with global HR COE's in HQ, aligning with EMEA and Americas from a one global business and one global HR team perspective.

This individual must be comfortable overseeing a small HR team across a number of markets, within a high touch environment, being able to balance the strategic and commercial priorities of the role, with the ability to be hands on and navigate ambiguity within a high-performance culture.

A core focus of the role will be to embed global/group HR priorities across the region, collaborating with the COEs in HQ, driving high touch HR Advisory conversations with the business, while managing matters such as employee relations as well as working directly with regulators across the region on HR compliance, governance, while supporting committee / board matters.

The ideal candidate will have a track record operating as a HR BP Lead (SVP / VP level) in large global high growth complex matrix financial services organisations, as well as mid-sized global capital markets / securities services boutiques. The individual will have proven expertise partnering global and regional leadership directly, leading an accomplished team across a number of regulated APAC markets in a strategic and hands on role, with high growth and change cultures.
