Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and guidelines, providing strategic consultation to business and country HR leaders.
Partner with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather feedback, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage position evaluations, develop salary structures, and conduct compensation competitiveness analyses to guide salary budgeting and talent strategies.
Collaborate with HRIS teams on digitalization initiatives and with Finance on program budgeting across the region.
Drive compensation and benefits projects, initiatives, and other related responsibilities as required.
