Job Description
Our client is a leading Logistics business looking to hire a Regional Head of Sales, reporting to the APAC President. This senior commercial leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the global strategy for key accounts, driving strategic alignment, sustainable commercial growth, and operational excellence while leading a high-performing team of Key Account Managers.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with global and regional commercial priorities to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead strategic account planning and develop long-term partnerships, driving complex, enterprise-level opportunities and commercial agreements.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key accounts, identifying business needs and delivering tailored solutions and strategies that create long-term value.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies by leveraging insights on market trends, customer dynamics, competitive activity, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive channel development, integrated customer strategies, and innovative solutions that strengthen account performance and market position.
- Own the regional key accounts P&L and revenue targets; deliver consistent, profitable growth year-on-year.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent verticals
- Develop pricing, contracting, and commercial models that balance competitiveness with margin discipline.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales across multiple APAC markets.
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Development. Ideally, you should have proven expertise in leadership experience in managing logistics and supply chain management especially in inventory data, demand forecasts, shipment tracking, and supplier details. You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
