Job Purpose:
We are seeking a substantially experienced Regional Head of Sales professional to develop trade support for the Railbookers Group brands in Singapore and other Asian source markets. As the Regional Head of Sales - Asia, you will be responsible for liaising with travel agencies and other distribution partners at all levels, ensuring support from key head office contacts, and promoting the Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations brands to frontline agents and their customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of wider department goals, cross-functional impacts, and the company's operational landscape. The successful candidate will work on complex problems, exercising discretionary judgment to resolve issues creatively while focusing on company objectives.

Qualifications
The Regional Head of Sales - Asia will work with high autonomy, potentially requiring some oversight for complex or strategic initiatives. This role demands the ability to analyze situations or data requiring in-depth evaluation and knowledge, using creative concepts to resolve complex issues successfully. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, relationship building, and driving the growth of Railbookers Group brands in the Asian market.
