JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the new business development activities of company relating to the assigned vertical industry to achieve the company's objectives to spec in and increase win rates.
  • Make company products and services the preferred choice and trusted business partner.
  • Analyze market situation, product development and pricing concerning competitors within dedicated consultant accounts.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of marketing plans and targets by close monitoring and analysis of market intelligence.
  • Authorized to support sales in commercial proposals and negotiate commercial contract to / with customers, to an agreed value designated by the management.
  • Assess market studies and analyze needs and potentials, negotiations with customers.
  • Responsible to guide the sales from business leads to Business opportunity from customers.
  • Responsible for planning, marketing strategies for consultants and customers.
  • Ensure that the sales and marketing activities are effectively implemented with emphasis on long term consultant relationship.
  • Support the sales on sales and order booking for the dedicated customer accounts, consistent with the operating cost as agreed in the budgets.
  • Manage expectations of consultants requests.
  • Work with technical team to provide the most unique solution.
  • Manage top 10 consultant especially new consultants from overseas.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated in engineering; electrical, mechanical or related field.
  • 8 years experienced in business development and marketing with successful track record.
  • Experienced working with Vertiv product, Data Center turnkey solution is preferred.
  • Excellent in communication in English and local language
  • 20% travel to go to headquarters of the assigned consultant.
  • Relevant Singapore Green Mark specialization.
