As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the strategic growth of the Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending business while ensuring robust risk management for consumer products.
- Develop and execute credit risk strategies to support the rapid expansion of the Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending products.
- Oversee underwriting and portfolio management for high-volume digital lending products.
- Lead a large local and regional team to foster a high-performance culture focused on scalable and automated decisioning frameworks.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align risk appetite with aggressive growth targets and commercial objectives.
- Ensure all regional risk functions remain compliant with local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in credit risk management, specifically within consumer banking.
- Proven track record of operating in high-growth and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and drive cultural transformation toward a business-first risk approach.
