Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained on a confidential search for a Regional Head of Human Resources with a well-established Asia headquartered consulting organisation. With a longstanding regional presence and operations spanning multiple markets across Asia-Pacific, the organisation is recognised for delivering complex advisory and project-based solutions to a diverse client base across the region.
As the business continues to evolve, with regional growth, organisational transformation and operational modernisation plans, the company is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and drive a progressive people agenda aligned to its next phase of development.
Based in Singapore, the Regional Head of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and play a critical role in leading the people function across Asia-Pacific. The position carries broad regional responsibility across both strategic and operational HR leadership, supporting a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse workforce.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives across organisational development, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession management, employee engagement and cultural transformation. Working closely with regional business leaders, the role will focus on strengthening organisational effectiveness, supporting business expansion and enhancing leadership and talent capabilities across multiple markets.
The remit will also include leadership and management of core HR operations, as well as governance and compliance frameworks across the region, alongside responsibility for driving transformation and change initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment. The organisation is currently focused on strengthening operational scalability, enhancing process harmonisation, and improving workforce effectiveness as part of its broader regional growth strategy.
In addition, the Regional Head of Human Resources will play a key role in advancing HR technology and workforce analytics capabilities across the organisation, including ongoing optimisation and adoption of Workday and related people systems. The role will regularly engage senior stakeholders on talent strategy, workforce insights and organisational priorities to support commercial objectives and long-term business planning.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive regional Human Resources leadership experience gained within consulting, professional services or other knowledge-driven and project-based environments. The organisation is seeking a commercially astute and hands-on HR leader with strong experience driving organisational transformation, change management and workforce initiatives across Asia-Pacific.
The successful individual will possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leadership teams across different markets and cultures. Prior experience leading regional HR transformation programmes, coupled with strong understanding of employment legislation, governance and people practices across Asia-Pacific, will be important for success in the role.
