Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly regarded large international partnership to appoint a Regional Head of APAC in Singapore.
This individual will be responsible for driving the people strategy, vision while overseeing the HR function end-to-end, working in close proximity to the CEO, COO, Partners and Business Heads across a number of international markets, in a busy, high touch and consultative environment. The coverage extends beyond the HR function to broader leadership of office management as a key member of the Corporate Functions Leadership team, working directly with the C-suite.
This is a strategic role with a focus on building trust and credibility with the Partners, as an adviser on all things people. This role suits someone who is truly passionate and dedicated to an all-encompassing role, given the strong commercial lens of the business. Equally, this is a highly entrepreneurial and creative environment, where opinions are encouraged. The group have also invested in Technology and AI as part of their digital strategy, with ongoing enhancement to the effective enablement of Workday and other core HR Systems. The company continue to invest across a number of their international locations, while also offshoring to certain markets across the region. Strong employee relations and policy knowledge within markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia and Malaysia is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be an established Regional or Global Head of HR with a track record in high touch partnership environments. They will bring deep commercial acumen, sophisticated HR expertise, and the presence and credibility required to operate effectively with the Board, CEO, Partners and senior executives. Industry experience in consulting, real estate, construction, design and / or engineering is preferred within partnership environments.
