Our client is an established and fast growing logistics MNC seeking for a dynamic and strategically minded Regional Finance Head, who will steer the financial agenda across South & Southeast Asia, safeguarding the region's financial integrity and driving profitability. This role is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while working closely with regional management and joint-venture partners to support business expansion and operational excellence. Office is based at north east Singapore.
Job Descriptions
. Lead the regional finance organisation covering accounting, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and compliance functions.
. Shape and execute financial strategies that underpin the region's growth priorities.
. Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports for senior leadership and regional partners.
. Track financial performance closely, identify gaps, and recommend actions to keep the business on target.
. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and all statutory requirements across countries.
. Oversee the region's budgeting cycles, forecasts, and longer-term financial planning.
. Mentor and support finance teams at the local level, championing best practices and continuous improvement.
. Drive initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, optimise cash flow, and strengthen working capital discipline.
. Contribute to broader business planning, including investments, risk management, M&A activities, and key stakeholder engagement.
. Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes and manage interactions with regulatory bodies when required.
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
. MBA or recognised professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are advantageous.
. 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
. Solid understanding of regional accounting frameworks, financial regulations, and tax environments.
. Demonstrated capability in financial strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with the business.
. Strong analytical mindset with excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
. Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy.
. Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Familiarity with ERP platforms and financial reporting systems.
